Hi everyone! I’m Jessie, this is my second year on the USC Admission team, and first year as the blog’s Editor-in-chief. I’m originally from Mission Viejo, California (OC represent!), and I love being able to recruit in my hometown. I’ve worked in the College Admission world for a few years now, both as a student and post grad, and I can truly say I LOVE my job. When I’m not in the office or on campus, you can catch me at the beach (probably Dana Point), enjoying some of my favorite local food spots, watching a basketball or hockey game (go Lakers and Kings!), or getting lost in a new book. I’m excited to show y’all more about USC and what the beautiful Southern California has to offer! Fight on!
Lucy Jordan, Assistant Director

Hey everyone, I’m Lucy, and I’m in my second year as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions here at USC. Originally from Whittier, CA, I came to USC for my undergraduate studies. As a student, I was actively involved in multiple campus organizations and worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, supporting the events team. When I'm not on campus, I love exploring LA's beaches, hiking trails, and music scene, or trying out new spots to eat with friends. I'm excited to share my USC stories with you through this blog, offering insights into life at USC and beyond. Fight On!
Jaelin Robin, Assistant Director
B.A. Psychology, minor in Mathematics, Hamilton College
Territory:

New York (except for New York City and Long Island)
Hi everyone! I’m Jaelin, and I’m heading into my second year at USC. I’m originally from Albany, New York and went to Hamilton College, where I worked as a tour guide, was a PA announcer for various sports teams, and had a radio show. I made the move to the West Coast last summer and I’m grateful to be in sunny California. Outside of work, you can find me exploring restaurants around LA, going to the beach (I love a good beach walk), going to concerts, and reading books (current favorites are Babel and the Red Rising series). I’m excited to be a part of the blog squad and to share more about USC with you all. Fight On!
Marlin Banuelos, Assistant Director
B.A. Political Economy, UC Berkeley
Territory:
California – West LA
Connecticut
Rhode Island
Hello! I am Marlin and I am one of the newer Assistant Directors in the Office of Admission at USC. I was born in Colorado, raised in Los Angeles, and went to UC Berkeley for my undergrad. I grew up fond of learning about the world and people. This led me to a career in admission, where I've truly been enjoying helping students achieve their goals! In my free time, I love to travel and being active outdoors, so you can find me exploring a new country, hiking a new mountain, or training for another marathon. I am excited to join the Admission Blog Squad and share everything and anything about USC and beyond!
Anne Aubert-Santelli, Associate Director (She/Her/Hers)
B.A. Art History and Italian, USC
Master of Liberal Studies, USC
Territory:
California – South Bay
Bonjour! I’m Anne Aubert-Santelli and I’m kind of from all over the place. I grew up in Larchmont, New York and Paris, France, before settling in Orange County, California, for junior high and high school. Now I live in sunny Santa Monica and I’ve been working at USC in admission and advising for 15 years! On weekends, I love going for walks with my husband and our objectively adorable Maltese, checking out new restaurants around town, going to the farmer’s market, or finding the perfect K-drama to binge. I’m excited to share as much helpful information as I can and look forward to reading all the incredibly creative posts my fellow bloggers come up with! Ciao!
